John Scott Hicks

Mr. Hicks received his bachelor's degree in business finance (with a minor in English) from Western Washington University. He received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Washington. His academic focus was on international business, comparative law, and property law.

He has provided legal and business advisory services in the technology industry, international organizations, and developing organizations. He has more than 25 years experience as a practicing attorney. Mr. Hicks has also taught courses in small business management.
